This site was developed using Microsoft FrontPage 4.0 and Macromedia Dreamweaver. It is best viewed in 600x800 format. The site uses Javascript and Cascading Style Sheets but should be fully functional without them. It has been tested with Netscape 3.0-4.7 and Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.0-5.0.
